من المجالس القديمة بطيبة الطيبة وقد مرّ منذ إنشائه في الثلاثينات من القرن الرابع عشر
الهجري بفترات ثلاث هي..
*الفترة الأولى..وهي فترة التأسيس في عهد الشيخ عباس حمزة قمقمجي أحد أعيان
المدينة المنورة وشيخ المزارعين فيها وكان المجلس خلالها يعقد في فصل الشتاء في
منزله الواقع بالمناخة أما في فصل الصيف ففي بستان القمقمجية الواقع بجوار البقيع
وكان يقصده عدد كبير من وجهاء ومثقفي المدينة المنورة وزوارها ومنهم الشيخ محمد
إلياس والشيخ مكي بافقيه والشيخ محمد عبد العال والشيخ صالح التهامي والشيخ عبد الله
جعفر والشيخ عباس السقاف وغيرهمم، وكانوا يتدارسون فيه القرآن الكريم وتفسيره
والسنة النبوية الشريفة وبعض أمور المدينة وخاصة ما يتعلق بأمور الزراعة والمزارعين.
*الفترة الثانية..وتبدأ من منتصف الستينات من القرن الماضي في عهد الشيخ علي
عباس قمقمجي وهو من مواليد عام 1345 هـ وتوفي رحمه الله عام 1408 هـ وهو أيضاً
من أعيان المدينة المنورة حيث أنه مدير مصلحة العين الزرقاء فيها وفي هذه الفترة تنوعت
وتطورت وسائل العلم والمعرفة وبالتالي أصبح رواد المجلس يتناولون مختلف القضايا
الأدبية والصحفية والتاريخية كما يناقشون المواضيع السياسية والاجتماعية وكان من
رواده خلال الفترة الثانية الشيخ إبراهيم جليدان والشيخ إبراهيم عمر غلام والشيخ أحمد
بشناق والشيخ أمين عبد الله القرقوري والشيخ الطيب صالح التونسي والشيخ خالد حمزة
غوث والأستاذ عبد العزيز الربيع والأستاذ عبد الفتاح أبو مدين والشيخ عبد الفتاح كردي
والشيخ عبد القادر حمزة غوث والشيخ عبد الله شيمي والشيخ علي عباس خشيرم والأستاذ
غالب عبد الحفيظ مساعد مدير مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي والشيخ فريد عبد الجواد
والشيخ محمد الحافظ موسى والشخ مصطفى عرقسوس والشيخ محمد عزت والشيخ محمد
عمر كردي والشيخ نعيم ماجد كردي والشيخ هاشم عينوسه وغيرهم.
*الفترة الثالثة..وتبدأ مع بداية القرن الخامس عشر الهجري ويشرف على المجلس
الأستاذ خالد علي قمقمجي وإخوانه ويعقد في منزلهم بالحرة الشرقية على طريق الحزام
شارع الأمير عبدالمجيد رحمه الله)أما شرطة أحد ويقصده علاوة على ما ذكر سابقاً عدد
من الأعيان والمثقفين منهم الأساتذة عبد القادر عطا الله وعدنان عبيد مدني وعلوي عباس
السقاف وهاشم عبد الله طه وعبد الرحمن إبراهيم مفتي وأحمد عبد العزيز بري وبكر مدني
حجار وتوفيق الأيوبي وعبد العزيز طه وسليمان مويس وإبراهيم العساف وعبد الكريم
بشاوري وغيرهم رحم الله الأموات وأسكنهم فسيح الجنان وأمد في أعمار الأحياء ومتعهم
بالصحة والعافية.
