اليوم نقدم طريقة عمل باستا السي فود الشهية:
المقادير:
مكرونة
زيت زيتون
فص ثوم مفروم
بصلة صغيرة مفرومة
فلفل احمر حار مقطع
طماطم متوسطة الحجم مقطعة
ملعقة صغيرة ريحان
200 جرام جندوفلى
200 جرام سبيط
ماء
ملح فلفل
طريقة التحضير
* اسلقى المكرونة فى ماء مغلى مملح

* شوحى البصل و الثوم و الزيت

* ضيفى الجندوفلى و يقلب جيدا ثم الماء و يترك على نار هادئة الى ان ينضج

* ضيفى السبيط و الملح والفلفل و الريحان و اتركيه على النار لمدة 2 الى 3 دقائق

* ضعى المكرونة المسلوقة تقلب جيدا الى ان يغطيها الصوص
