عصير مركــز قمر الدين

عشان تعملي الخشاف في ثواني جربي الفكرة دي
في تجهيزك لرمضان هاتي لفة قمر الدين
و حطي عليها لتر مية و حطيها في حلة
و اتركيها تغلي على النار لحد ما تتفكك
و ممكن تضيفي لها كوب سكر
او اكتر حسب رغبتك وكدة يكون عندك العصير
مركز ومحلى فلا تضيفي سكر وقت العمل
ولما تغلي وتتركز نزليها من على النار
واتركيها تهدأ تمام وهاتي زجاجة و صبي فيها
العصير المركز المحلى بالسكر

وقت عمل الخشاف كل اللي عليكي تضيفي قليل

من العصير المركز وتزودي الماء والمكسرات

و التين و خلافه
ويكون جاهز في وقت قليل وتوفيرمجهود
