- الخميرة الفورية : ملعقة كبيرة
- ملح : ملعقة كبيرة
- ماء فاتر : 2 كوب

طريقة التحضير
انخلي الدقيق جيداً حتى تتخلصي من أي كتل موجودة فيه.
أضيفي الملح والخميرة للدقيق وحركي جيداً حتى تتداخل المكونات.
صبي الماء الفاتر مع التحريك المستمر باستخدام ملعقة.
اتركي المكونات في الثلاجة مدة ليلة كاملة.
ادهني صينية الفرن بالزبدة ورشة من الدقيق.
حمي الفرن على درجة حرارة 220.
شكلي العجينة بالشكل الدائري حتى الانتهاء من الكمية.
أدخلي الصينية للفرن المحمى مدة 15 دقيقة حتى يحمر قعر الخبز ثم ضعي الصينية على الشواية حتى يحمر وجهها.
اتركي الخبز حتى يبرد ثم قدميه.
