2 رقائق البف باستري مخبوزه + 2 كاس حليب مغلي مع 2 ملعقه سكر

3 ملاعق فستق مبشور + 3 ملاعق جوز هند مبشور + 2 ملعقه عسل + 4 ملاعق قشطه
ممكن اذا اردتي قليل هيل..

- نكسر البف باستري ونخلطها مع الفستق والجوز نوزعها في أكوآب ..

- نصب عليها الحليب المغلي بالتساوي ..

- ثم نخلط العسل مع القشطه ونحطه ع الوجه .. وندخلها الفرن من فوق فقط ..

- حتى تتحمر ورشيها بالفستق

يمكن أضافة اي نوع مكسرات تفضلينه ~
