لزينة بقدونس على الوجه
  1. طريقة التحضير15 دقيقة
اولا نقطع كل الخضروات ونتبلها بالليمون
والكمون وزيت الزيتون والملح

نضع المكونات مع الزبادي وخلطهم بشكل جميل

نضع المكونات في طبق التقديم ونضع فوقها تونة
او نضيفها في الخليط من البداية
للزينة اضيفي البقدونس المقطع او الزيتون

وعليكم الف عافية تحتوي بوتني حيواني ونباتي
وقيمة غذائية عالية مشبعة للسحور ومفيدة
