عدد جديد يحتوى على الكثير من الاقسام المتواجده في المنتدى لم يترك شارده ووارده الا قامت الاخت ام عبدالعزيز بتغطيتها بنمسيق وشكل جميل لون هادىء وترتيب تشكر عليه
اهم مااستفدت منه في هذا العدد ... ان الموز في الفطور الصباحي يرفع نسبه السكر بالدم وانا من عشاق الموز ولأني مصاب بالسكري سيتم منعه نهائياً .
